Voula Amiradaki comes from an artistic family:With his grand grand father who was famous bass in Greek National Opera and her aunt Prime Ballerina also at the Opera,Voula  very quick becomes familiar with the Opera world.

Born in Athens Greece.She studied in Conservatory of Pireaus(G.Manessis piano class),(Th.Moira singing class)with annual awards and scholarships.She graduated with honours from Athenaeum Conservatory in singing(Marina Krilovic class)and melodrama(V.Nikolaides class).She is certificated in,English,German and Italian.She has attended masterclasses with: Montseratt Caballe,Ghena Dimitrova,A.Christofelis,John Modenos,Maria Koromantzou,Elena Obratzova,G.Pappas,Jeanette Pilou,Jane Henchel,Eilana Lappalainen.

As a fellow of Maria Callas Institute she studied in Milano(for three years) with the soprano Maria -Luisa Cioni and the maestro Roberto Negri(prof.in Accademy of La Scala di Milano) .             She made her debut in Udine as Santuzza in Cavalleria Rusticana after winning the international singing competition in Udine Italy.                                                                                 

In the international competition Dimitris Mitropoulos(Opera of the Earth)she was awarded for the role of Klytemnestra(Dec.2003)within the framework of the Cultural Olympiade leading to the 2004 Athens Olympics.             

She was awarded many international competitions: In Palermo-Kaleidos (May 2004), in Athens-Gran Prix Maria Callas  (March 2005),such  Mantova (May 2005).                                       As Tosca (Sept.2006)  in Italy ,as  Cio Cio San  in Butterfly  in S.Korea (Nov.2006), Italy (Mar.2007) and Athens  Megaron (as  cover Jan-Feb 2010),Gala in memory of John Modenos (May 2011).

Voula has sung under the baton of such renowned conductors as:Ilias Voudouris, N.Vasiliou, M.Logiades, M.Michailides, J.Kizling, A.Ertungealp, Jeong Gap-gyun,   Adrei Olos,Loukas Karytinos.

She has also collaborated with distinguished directors,such as:N.Petropoulos,V.Nikolaides,P.Pagoulatos,A.Efklides,E.Castiglione,Detlef Soelter,David Pountney,Elaine Tyler-Hall,Isidoros Sideris,j.Kokkos.





Voula cooperates with National Opera of Athens(Contemporary Opera-The Expelled,the role of Fate (2011), La Boheme the role of Mimi (2012-2013), Wesendonck Lieder  of  R.Wagner(2013).

She has also appeared in many recitals in Athens Festival Herodium,Athens Megaron and abroad.                                

Recently she interprented the role of Micaela(Carmen) and L.Janacek from The Cunning Little Vixen (2015) the roles of the Owl and the Inkeepers wife in  National Opera of Athens(Season 2014-2015)  Among  summer Athens Festival she  interprented  the  role  of  high Pristess  in Aida at  Herodus Atticus  2016.

Voula Amiradaki  had the honour  to participate (lieder Abend and Opera Gala Concert)  in the Aegean Festival (summer 2017) in Syros directed by  P.Tiboris.
