Vincent Pavesi studied at the Conservatoire National Sup&eacuterieur de Musique with  Régine Crespin and  Christiane Eda-Pierre.Later studied in London with  Valerie Masterson and Tom Krause.   His repertoire includes Sarastro (Die Zauberflöte) ,Commendatore (Don Giovanni),Seneca (Incoronazione di Poppea) ,Caron (Alceste),Hercules (rôle titre ,Haendel),Sparafucile (Rigoletto),Colline (La Boheme),Sirocco (L'Etoile),Il Frate(Don Carlo) ,Eumée (Pénélope),Hérode (L'Enfance du Christ), Un vieillard hébreu (Samson et Dalila) ,Bartolo (Le Nozze di Figaro) , Le Prince Gremin (Eugène Onegin).   He has sung in venues like Opéra Comique ,Opéra National de Paris,Opéra National du Rhin,Teatro Solis de Montevideo,Palau de les Arts Valencia, Concertgebow Amsterdam ,Opéra de Liège,Grand Théâtre du Luxembourg ,Teatro Avenida de Buenos Aires,Théâtre des Champs-Elysées,Dresdner Philharmonie,Opéra National de Bordeaux,Haendel Festpiel Halle,Théâtre de La Monnaie de Bruxelles,Opéra National de Lyon,Opéra de Nice,Teatro Argentina Roma,Megaron Athènes,Festival de Wexford   He has worked with conductors such as Alain Altinoglu,Brad Cohen,Gerry Cornelius ,Paul Daniel , Philippe Entremont,Patrick Fournillier,Sir John Eliot Gardiner ,Valery Gergiev, Zubin Mehta ,Susanna Mälkki,Jean-Claude Malgoire,Stefano Montanari,Daniel Oren,François-Xavier Roth,Alberto Zedda.   He has extensively worked with  Peter Brook  ,singing Sarastro in  "A Magic Flute" .Vincent Pavesi performed this award winning show (molière du meilleur spectacle musical) 122  times  in 24 countries. He also collaborated with directors Renaud Doucet & André Barbe,Jérôme Deschamps ,André Engel,Alain Garichot,Lukas Hemleb ,Michel Fau, Macha Makeieff ,Leo Muscato,Francisco Negrin,Yoshi Oida,Olivier Py,Christophe Rauck. Vincent Pavesi premiered several new works by contemporary composers such  as Il Canto d'Ulisse by Elena Kats-Chernin, Slutchai by Oscar Strasnoy ,Neige by Catherine Kontz  and le  Maitre du Jardin by Suren Shahi-Djanian. Future engagements include the Abbott in Curlew River (Opéra de Dijon) and the Basse in the  Four Notes Opera by Tom Johnson (Amphithéâtre Opéra Bastille)
