Valentina Bilancione is a soprano with a warm brassy voice and a very nice charisma . In her singing you can promptly find a natural and intense musicality along with a strong and charming stage presence. She is an artist who is able to deliver great emotions on the stage. Her talent, determination and perseverance made her the winner of the eminent international competition at the Arena di Verona and she achieved the qualification of an expert at  Neapolitan repertoire of the XVIII century.
Valentina performed the role of Norina , in Don Pasquale by Gaetano Donizetti, directed by Gianmaria Aliverta and conducted by Bruno Nicoli at Teatro Orfeo in Taranto .

At the Teatro Filarmonico di Verona "Arena di Verona" she made her debut as Elisabetta in Maria Stuarda by Gaetano Donizetti, under Sebastiano Rolli and directed by Federico Bertolani.

She has been Musetta in "La Bohème" by Giacomo Puccini, directed by Riccardo Canessa, at Auditorium Niemeyer in Ravello for the Ravello-Festival.

She performed Donna Anna in Don Giovanni by Mozart at Teatro Quirino in Roma, directed by Roberto de Simone.

Valentina Bilancione played Amor Divino’s role in  “Fede , Speranza e Amor Divino” Cantata By Niccolò Jommelli, world premiere recorded for Bongiovanni Italian classical music publisher.

She has been Elvira in the opera premiere “Gli amanti Mascherati” by Niccolò Piccinni , at Orchesterzentrum NRW Kammermusiksaal in Dortmund, under Maestro Maurizio Quaremba and director Ronka Nikel.

She performed the role of Rosolina in the opera “La finta parigina” by Domenico Cimarosa at Teatro Viviani in Napoli.

She played Lisetta in “Matrimonio Segreto” and Bellina in “Le astuzie Femminili”, by Domenico Cimarosa, for a Show by Roberto De Simone, at Teatro Gesualdo in Avellino, conducted by  Maestro Marco Ozbic.

She performed the “Stabat Mater” by Pergolesi under Maurizio Quaremba.

She has sung the Mottetto “Exultate jubilate” by Mozart.

She has been Christel in the operetta "Der Vogelhaendler" by Karl Zeller.

First prize  “10° Concorso Lirico” Fondazione Arena di Verona.

First prize International Competition  “Leopoldo Mugnone” città di Caserta Belvedere di San Leucio. (Italy)
She won the scholarship  Socrates/Erasmus for Vorarlberger LandesKonservatorium in Feldkirch (Austria)


Valentina received her postgraduete degree with outstanding at Conservatorio Domenico Cimarosa in Avellino. She presented an experimental thesis entitled  “Idomeneo’s voices”.
She studied with Lorraine Nubar, who is a voice teacher at Juilliard School of New York  Domenico Tolone (Otorhinolaryngology), and the eminent Soprano Renata Scotto at Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia (Opera Studio).
She gained the qualification of expert singer of Neapolitan repertoire of the XVIII century with musicologist Roberto De Simone and harpsichordist Enrico Baiano.

Valentina is fluent in German and French. She speaks good English and recently she has started to study Chinese at Confucio Institute – l’Orientale University of Naples.
