Bio

Mizuki Watanabe, mezzo soprano, was born in Tokyo, Japan, on 23rd March in 1982.She graduated and doctorated at Ferris’s University in Tokyo in 2004 and 2006 like a best student.Fashinated  by Italian opera, she decided to improve her studies living and studyng in Italy, at Giuseppe Nicolini’s Conservatory in Piacenza where, in 2013, she graduated with top marks.She followed the teaching of masters: Loforese Angelo, Tabiadon Adelisa, Zanardi Patrizia, Gorla Luca and Casati Corrado.Her performances:Opera:Cherubino in “Le nozze di figaro” in Tokyo, Japan and Milan, Italy.Dorabella in “Cosi fan tutte” in Tokyo, Japan.Suzuki in “Madama Butterfly” in Yokohama, Japan.Isabella in “L’Italiana in Algeri” in Yokohama, Japan.Rosina in “Il Barbiere di Siviglia” in Genoa, Italy.Zerlina in “Don Giovanni” in Milan, Italy.Sacred music“Christmas Oratorio” di J. S. Bach at Yokohama, Japan.“Stabat Mater” di G. Pergolesi at Yokohama, Japan.“Stabat Mater” di A.
