Graduate from the prestigious Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris, the french baritone Benjamin Mayenobe is remarked for His " bitting tone quality’, his " percussive vocal production ", his " natural acting gifts " as well as his diction. Since 2012, he is nominated Artist lyric Revelation of ADAMI and also prize winner of Fondation de France. He joining the Company of the Opéra de Rouen for two seasons (2014-2016). And in 2016, in Japan, he is nominated Lyric Revelation of Pacific Music Festival.

Following his remarkable débuts in 2011 as l’Horloge Comtoise and Le Chat (L’enfant et les sortilèges by Ravel) in Paris, he went on to sing Maestro Biscroma in Viva la Mamma by Donizetti in the Opera of Lausanne, of Freiburg and of Metz, Marco (Gianni Schicchi) with the stage director Paul-Emile Fourny, he sings Moralès in Carmen at the Imperial Theater of Compiègne with maestro Benjamin Pionnier, Schaunard in La Bohème and Il marchese d’Obigny in La Traviata with Opera en plein air, Danilo in Die Lustige Witwe, and a lot of comic-opera with the company Les Frivolités Parisiennes.

With Opéra de Rouen he was given the opportunity of interpreting a wide variety of roles and so enrich his repertoire : Der Vater in Hänsel und Gretel by Humperdinck, Schlémil in The Tales of Hoffmann, the King’s herald in Lohengrin by Wagner, Kandgiar in Ali-Baba by Lecocq, Splendiano in Djamileh by Bizet praised recently by the press, plus the lead role of Genjuro in Les Contes de la lune vague après la pluie by the composer Xavier Dayer.

In concert, we can hear him sing in Vespro della Beata Vergine by Monteverdi and Via Cruxis by Liszt at Cathedral Notre-Dame de Paris and in Ein Deutsches Requiem by Brahms at Cathedral of Aix-en-Provence. In 2015, he sings at Victoria Hall of Genève the role of Genjuro in Les Contes de la lune vague with Linea ensemble conduct by Jean-Philippe Wurtz. In 2016 he was invited by Pacific Music Festival (Japan) to sing for the Final Gala. Since 2017, he is soloist in Carmina Burana conduct by Guillaume Connesson.
