Bio

Marina Pinchuk was born in Belarus. She studied Chorus-conducting at The Musical College in Mogilev. In 2000,Vocal studies with E. Gorohovskya at the St.Petersburg State Conservatory, graduating in2007. In 2006 - 2009, Marina Pinchuk sang Olga (Eugene Onegin), Lyubasha (The Tsar’s Bride), Cherubino (Le Nozze di Figaro) and Smeton (Anna Bolena, under the baton of Fabio Mastrangelo) at the Rimsky-Korsakov Opera Conservatory and Ballet Theater. In 2008, at the Mikhaylovsky Theatre Company made her debut as Olga. After this debut she becomes Soloist at the same theater in the period of 2008 – 2012, where she sang Lyubasha, Polina (Pique Dame), Varvara (Katya Kabanova), Konchakovna (Prince Igor) and Flora (Traviata). With the same company she tours in Russia and abroad. In 2007, Marina Pinchuk appeared as Dunjasha (Rimskij- Korsakov "Tsar's bride") at the Kazan State Theatre of Opera and Ballet. In 2009 – 10, on the Asian Tour, she sang Olga in the Theatre in Tokyo, Japan and in the International Opera Festival in Daegu, South-Korea; the 9th Symphony of Beethoven in Concert Hall of Tokyo and Yokohama (Japan) with the conductor Peter Feranez. In 2011, Ms. Pinchuk took part in the Accademia Rossiniana di Pesaro with Alberto Zedda, where she performed Maddalena in Il Viaggio a Reims. In 2012, she participated in Mozart's Requiem under the baton of Alfredo Sorichetti in Teatro dell'Aquila di Fermo. In 2013, she was selected at the Opera Studio Centre de Perfeccionament Placido Domingo (Palau de Les Arts, Valencia,Spain), where she performed Pisana in Due Foscari with the tenor Plácido Domingo and the conductor Omer Meir Wellber) In 2013, she sang Fenena in Nabucco at the Theater Comunale di Bologna, Italy, under the baton of Michele Mariotti. In 2014 she sang Rinaldo (Rinaldo), Lucretia (The Rape of Lucretia).
