His wide repertoire ranges from late Baroque to contemporary music of present day, with a special penchant for classical and romantic symphonism of Central Europe and Scandinavia, so that he has been defined by the renowned maestro Jorma Panula as one of the few Italian conductors who loves, knows and deeply understands Jean Sibelius’s music. He has been privileged to premiere works by such composers as Fernando Sulpizi, Mario Mariani, Roberta Silvestrini, in addition to his own compositions. In 2009 he obtained a tremendous success with the world premiere of his Requiem "to the death souls of livings" for soloists, choir and orchestra (2010 Hyperprism Editions), on the podium of the FORM Filarmonica Marchigiana Orchestra, Italy.
