In the last few years Lisa is becoming known for the specialised coloratura roles in Mozart, Strauss and the virtuosic French and Italian repertoire.
Season 2016-2017, Lisa will be covering the role of Valentine in Meyerbeer's Les Huguenots at the Deutsche Oper Berlin with Juan Diego Florez, Patrizia Ciofi, Michele Mariotti, David Alden etc. She will perform at the Deutsche Oper Berlin in Rolando Villazon's staging of La Rondine conducted by Roberto Rizzi Brignoli and in Death in Venice staged by Graham Vick and conducted by Donald Runnicles.
Last season she made her house debut as the Queen of the Night at the Deutsche Oper Berlin and the Dutch National Opera in Amsterdam and made her debut as Konstanze in Belgium. She jumped in for Danielle de Niese as Adele at La Monnaie during rehearsals in a staging of Guy Joosten and conducted by Adam  Fischer. During a live radio concert in Amsterdam she sang "O mio babbino caro" when Tania Kross received the Radio 4 Music Award, representing the Nederlandse Reisopera. Lisa is a finalist of the International Clermont-Ferrand Singing Competition and the Maastricht Rotary Award.
She built up an impressive repertoire in the ensembles of Theater Görlitz and the Volkstheater Rostock in Germany singing roles like Marie in 'La Fille du Régiment', The Queen of the Night in 'Die Zauberflöte', Susanna in 'Le Nozze di Figaro', Musetta in 'La Bohème', Adele in 'Die Fledermaus', Oscar in 'Un Ballo in Maschera', Eurydike in 'Orpheus in der Unterwelt', Soprano in 'Carmina Burana', soprano in 'The Fairy Queen'.
She created the difficult coloratura role of Aristide in Moritz Eggert's opera 'Linkerhand' as wel as the role of Franziska during the world premiere of Georg Kreisler's 'Das Aquarium oder die Stimme der Vernunft'. Lisa is a strong defender of the Operetta Repertoire and has often sung for the Brussels Operetta Theater in Léhar, Stolz and Offenbach productions.
Lisa studied at the conservatory in Maastricht with Axel Everaert and specialised in belcanto in Florence with Margherita Rinaldi. She had the privilege to study with June Anderson, Martina Arroyo, Barbara Bonney, Ileana Cotrubas, Cecilia Gasdia, Sylvia Geszty, Bonaldo Giaiotti, Sumi Jo, Tom Krause and Nelly Miricioiù.
