Bio

Soprano Kelsey Harris received her Master's of Music from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. Kelsey has been in several opera and music theater productions in Denver, San Francisco, Kansas and Chicago, including; Carmen (Frasquita), Company (Susan), Little Women (Beth), and Le Nozze di Figaro (Susanna). She has been part of the ensemble for Wozzeck, L'elisir D'amore, Cosi Fan Tutte, La Boheme and Dialogues of the Carmellites. Kelsey has also traveled internationally on tour as a soloist with Denver's Musicians of St.Clare. Recently, Kelsey has worked with The Gilbert and Sullivan Opera Company of Chicago and Vox3 Vocal Collective. Kelsey is the artistic director, co-founder, and ensemble member with Green Light Vocal productions based out of Chicago. Previously she has directed and performed in The Three Bears and The Knightly News by Jonathan Stinson with Green Light. Kelsey has premiered several new works including the song cycle “Bedtime Stories” by Denver composer Conrad Kehn, “My Papa’s Walz” by San Francisco composer Aaron Pike and the award winning musical Ribbit by Chicago composer Gina Maslund. Kelsey currently lives in Munich, Germany.
