Bio


Justin Kroll, tenor, is quickly establishing himself as an emerging singer. Described by the Miami Herald as having a "penetrating tenor," Justin is making himself known in the world of opera.

Justin is an active performer. Recent roles include, Lensky (Eugene Onegin), Spoletta (Tosca), Pirelli (Sweeney Todd), Eisenstein (Die Fledermaus), Don Pelagio (La Canterina), Mayor Upfold (Albert Herring), and Orpheus (Orpheus in the Underworld). Justin has served as tenor soloist in Mendelssohn's Hymn of Praise and Beethoven's Mass in C. Regionally, Justin has sung with the Russian Opera Workshop in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Painted Sky Opera of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and with the Miami Music Festival in Miami, Florida. Upcoming work includes the role of Lensky in Tchaikovsky's Eugene Onegin with the Russian Opera Workshop in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

In competition, Justin has recently competed internationally in the 6th Unisa International Voice Competition, at the University of South Africa in Pretoria, South Africa. 

Justin recently completed the Master of Music in Voice Performance from Baylor University and is currently on the voice faculty at McLennan Community College in Waco, Texas.
