She also took part in masterclasses with F. Turina, Anne le Bozec, I.Gage and N. Shetler during 2008-2011.

She has been reviewed as a „charismatic star soprano“ (Bild
Zeitung Hannover) who „evokes beauty
and passion in her
performance“ (Cellesche Zeitung), „delights her audience with her
beautiful warm voice and refreshing naturalness“

(Schaumburg-Lippische Landeszeitung) and who has been „celebrated
with standing ovations“ (Nobilis) presenting her audience with „the
highest musical pleasure“ (Hannoversche Allgemeine Zeitung).

Additional Press Commentary:

“It is barely possible to describe the fire that was sparked by
the young soprano with her beautiful bell-like voice and her almost
southern spirit. She enchanted the guests with her acting talent...
the evening ended well: never-ending applause.” (Leine-Zeitung

”Julia Bachmann impressively convinced the audience not only
with her high level singing but also with her narrative talent. The
enjoyment that the young musicians took in the music was shared by
the audience – in the end there were veritable storms of applause
and two encores.”
(Neustädter Blatt, Germany)

”The soprano Julia Bachmann gave an excelltently sung and
wonderfully acted performance. Artfully staged and intoxicatingly
beautiful...between lyrical warmth and fervent passion, first
sensual, then coquette, one moment powerful, the next extremely
delicate, but always mature and in command of her art. Her exquisite
timbre, intense emotionality and fascinating acting skill became one.
Feelings were transformed into breathtaking coloraturas, which seemed
to be nothing but enjoyment. And this joy spread to the audience from
the first tones onward, until they finally applauded the artist with
very enthusiastic standing ovations.”

(Cellesche Zeitung, Germany)
