Spanish tenor born in Fuerteventura (Canary Islands), Jose Concepcion began his musical studies with Maestro Alfredo Kraus at the Reina Sofia and ending in Modena with Mirella Freni in the CUBEC. He has conducted master classes with Renata Scotto (Savona), Monserrat Caballe (Zaragoza), Ghena Dimitrova (Montecarlos), Mariana Nicolesco (Breila, Romania) and perfected with Jame Aragall currently in Barcelona and teacher Osias Wilenski. Debut Verdi' Rigoletto in Opera Prague with the role of the Duke of Mantua. Followed his career singing lyric roles of Lucia di Edgardo Lammemour, Rodolfo La Boheme, Nemorino in L'Elisir gives Love and Alfredo in La Traviata. With the passage of time and technical evolution has faced more spinto roles burden as Radames in Aida, Ricardo in Ballo in Maschera, Manrico in Il Trovatore, Pinkerton in M. Butterfly, Mario Cabaradosi in Tosca, Calaf in Turandot and Don Carlos Carlo, also in his repertoire provides Verdi Requiem and Beethoven's 9th Symphony. Directed by masters like Robert Jindra, M.
