Prizewinner Unesco Grzegorz Fitelberg, Maestro Loutfi Pereira is fast becoming one of the world’s most exhilarating musicians, filling concert halls around the globe. Fabio’s energy and connection with both musicians and audiences has had him hailed as “one of the greatest young conducting promises” and “never seen before, so great energy on the podium” by the Warsaw Philharmonic Orchestra musicians at his concert debut in 2014.
Sharing his time between Brazil, Austria and Poland, in recent years Maestro Loutfi Pereira has also conducted the Moscow Philharmonic Orchestra, Warsaw Philharmonic Orchestra, the National RTV Symphony Orchestra of Belarus, the George Enescu Philharmonic Orchestra, Royal Camerata of Bucharest and Minas Gerais Philharmonic Orchestra. Highlight engagement includes concerts with the Sudecka Philharmonic Orchestra.
As an opera conductor he debuted in 2012 at the Musical Theatre in Gliwice (Poland) conducting Eine nacht in Venedig of Johann Strauss.
As Assistant Conductor to Maestro Jerzy Maksymiuk at the Breslau Philharmonic in 2011, and Jorma Panula at the Polish Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra Baltic.
Maestro Loutfi Pereira has also studied conducting under Maestri Roberto Tibirica, Jorma Panula, Mieczyslaw Gawronski, Wojciech Rodek, Michail Jurowski, Fabio Mechetti, Yuri Simonov, Gianluigi Gelmetti and Jin Wang.
Maestro holds a Master of Music degree in conducting, two Fellowships, one in music other in diplomacy and five Diplomas from important institutions such as the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, Accademia Musicale Chigiana Siena, the Stichting Jorma Panula, the Universität Mozarteum Salzburg, Conservatorium Musical Souza Lima and Akademia Muzyczna im. Karol Lipinski in Wroclaw.
Maestro Loutfi Pereira has been involved in music since the age of 7, first learning the piano, studying with Nilze Kruze and later with Pavel Gililov and Robert Levin. In 2012 he received a special title from the European Academy of Diplomacy in Warsaw during the occasion with the presence of President of the Republic of Latvia Vairze Vik-Freiberdze. In the same year received his Masters in European Diplomacy with keen in Cultural and Media Communication and Foreign Affairs. From 2013-2015 he held the post of Artistic Advisor at the European Institute of Cultural Development.
