The soprano participated in many roles, like Amore in "L'incoronazione di Poppea" (C. Monterverdi) under the direction of Wolfgang Katschner, Damoiselle in "La Damoiselle élue" (C. Debussy) at the HAU1 in Berlin, Dorinda in "Orlando" (G.F. Händel), Serpina in "La serve padrona" (G.B. Pergolesi), Madame Poiretapée in "Mesdames de la halle" (J. Offenbach) under the direction of Jean-Christophe Keck or Euridice in "Orfeo ed Euridice" (C.W. Gluck).

She sang as well successful the role of Wally in the opera for children "Die Geierwally" (after "La Wally" by A. Catalani) at the TON:arten Festival in Sasbachwalden 2013 and at the Theater Gütersloh in 2015.

A further focus in the work of Donata Alexandra Koch are concerts and art songs. In Berlin she sang among others the Markus Passion (J.S. Bach) and the Magnificat (J. Rutter). For recitals she works often together with the art sons pianist  Alexander Fleischer.
