Consuelo Gilardoni, soprano, was awarded with lyric singing diploma at Conservatorio «G. Verdi» di Como while completing her study as an harpist and pianist.
In the meantime, she took part in the music festival <<Young Artist Tour>> (sponsored by the province of Como) in 2004, and then she participated in the TIM contest (international Music Tournament) where she placed second under the jazz category in 2006. In may 2007 she was judged with "honors" at the Anemos International Competition in Rome.
In May 2008 she was awarded with a special prize for the best lyrical performance at the 3rd "Concorso Musicale Città di Lissone" contest. She is continuing her collaboration with Conservatorio di Musica di Como by participating in musical events that are organized in favor of the community of Como.
She has worked with M° Bruno Dal Bon, and has collaborated with M° Guido Boselli by singing some of his contemporary music compositions. In fact she participates every year in the contemporary Music Festival of Olgiate Olona.
She has attended a number of masterclasses: with Antonello Madau Diaz (stage direction and scenic action), and Diego Cossu (elements of phoniatry for lyrical sining). In 2009 she was chosen as the only Italian singer to participate in the masteclass with Mirella Freni at Castello
di Cortanze (Asti), with positive feedback. She also successfully took part in masterclasses with Luciana Serra. In May 2009 she took part in the radio program "Diapason" at Radio Vaticana (at Vatican Republic) where she recorded some lyrical executions.
In November 2009 she went to New York and improved her technique with M° Carlo Faria, conductor and last pupil of Arturo Toscanini. She collaborates with him by performing in concerts.
In May 2010 she participated in a Masterclass named "Stylistic and vocal performance in Operetta" with the brillant and great tenor Andrea Binetti. During it she was of the 5 chosen best singers, to perform at the Sala del Ridotto del Teatro Lirico “G. Verdi” in Trieste and received great feedback by the audience. In June 2010 she succesfully debuted the Zerlina role in Mozart's "Don Giovanni" with “Compagnia Lirica di Milano".
In October 2010 she placed in the semifinals of the 4th international contest "Magda Olivero".
In November 2010 she debuted the Stasi role (soubrette) in the Czardas Princess (Die Csárdásfürstin) operetta by Emmerich Kalman, in Teatro San Babila (Milano) with Compagnia Operetta Mon Amour, and performed with Andrea Binetti. A few days later she debuted the BonBon role in "Paese dei Campanelli" (by Carlo Lombardo and Virgilio Ranzato) performing with Andrea Binetti in Teatro Verdi (Genova).
In December 2010 she performed some Operetta Arias with Andrea Binetti and M°Marco Rossi during the 46th edition of Premio Carlo Porta in Milan. In May 2011 she qualified to participate in the final phase of the 30th International Hans Gabor Belvedere Singing Competition at Wiener Kammeroper in Vienna.
In June 2011 she won the “Antica Contea di Civenna” International Competition with unanimous vote of the jury composed of: Daniele Rubboli, Rina Cellini, Monica Minarelli e Giovanni Guerini.
She perfomed at Ariston theater in Sanremo two operettas: “The White Horse Inn - Im weißen Rößl” (Ottilie), and “Czardas Princess - Die Csárdásfürstin” (Contess Stasi). She then debuted Valencienne (Merry Widow - Die lustige Witwe) at Teatro Verdi in Genova, and also at Teatro Civico di Vercelli. She participated in the 2 nd and 3 rd edition of Stylistic and vocal performance in Operetta" taught by tenor Andrea Binetti. In November 2011 she joined the choir at Teatro Lirico Giuseppe Verdi in Trieste for the symphonic season as an adjoined member. In 2013 and 2014 she participated in two Masterclasses taught by M° Maurizio Comencini and M° Marco Rossi: “Figaro from the Barber to the marriage” – recitative accompanied by harpsichord workshop (the Barber of Sevilla by Morlacchi, Paisiello, Rossini, and The
Mariage of Figaro by W. A. Mozart) and “An Opera tour in Italiy and the world between the Eigteenth and Nineteenth century” recitative accompanied by harpsichord workshop
(The Turk in Italy by G. Rossini). During the 2010-2011/2011- 2012/2012-2013 opera and operetta seasons she debuted at Teatro San Babila in Milan the following operetta roles: Czardas Princess - Die Csárdásfürstin (Contess Stasi), The White Horse Inn - Im weißen Rößl (Ottilie), Dance of the Dragonflies – Libellentanz by Franz Lehàr (Tutu), Scugnizza (Salomè), La duchessa del Bal Tabarin (Frou Frou), Acqua Cheta (Anita), Il paese dei Campanelli (Bom Bon), Merry Widow - Die lustige Witwe (Valencienne), A Waltz Dream - Ein Walzertraum (Franzi Steingruber).Her repertoire includes: Susanna (Nozze di Figaro), Zerlina (Don Giovanni), Rosina (Barbiere di Siviglia); Adina (Elisir d’Amore), Norina ( Don Pasquale), Violetta (La Traviata),Gilda (Rigoletto); Musetta (La Bohème), Lauretta (Gianni Schicchi) Micaela (Carmen); Requiem (Verdi); and many chamber music compositions (Schubert, Schumann, Duparc, Faurè) and sacred music compositions (Haendel, Mozart, Rossini, Verdi). In 2013 she’s finalist at the second edition of the VCL (Voice and lyric singing) International music competition in Correggio (Reggio Emilia). She recently debuted Giuseppe Verdi Requiem with Tenor Maurizio Comencini and Suddeutscher Artze-Chor & Artze-Orchester performing in the Italian cathedrals of Mantova, Cremona,Como, and Verona, and the German cathedrals in Coburg, Kronach and Heilbronn. In November 2014 she debuted Rosina in Barbiere di Siviglia and Klarchen in “Egmont” by L. W. Beethoven. In January 2015 she debuted the Hanna Glawari role in Merry Widow - Die lustige Witwe. She often performs in concert activities, and collaborates with many (classical) musical groups. In 2015 she participated in the “Sola perduta e abbandonata” Masterclass on Auber,Massenet, Puccini's Manon at  Conservatorio G.Verdi under the guidance of M. Maurizio Comencini. She played Manon in concert. In July 2015 she played Adina in Elisir D’Amore by G. Donizetti during a Masterclass in Lurisia Terme, coached by M° Maurizio Comencini. In February 2016 she debuted Norina in G. Donizetti's "Don Pasquale" and Susanna in "Le Nozze di Figaro" by W. A. Mozart in Milan. She recently debuted G.Rossini's "Stabat Mater" with Süddeutscher Ärtze-Chor & Ärtze-Orchester conducted by Marius Popp in various Italian Chatedrals: Lendinara (ro), San Zeno (verona), Chiesa dei filippini (Vicenza).
She debut Musetta in "La bohéme" with great success in an important Classical music summer festival in a theater of Atri and Teatro verde of Termoli.
She’s currently being coached by M° Maurizio Comencini.
