Bio

  Born to an artistic family. Her mother - an actress and her father - an operatic-singer, soloist of Warsaw Chamber Opera, both encouraged her to develop her talents in acting, singing, painting and dancing. In 2013 she graduated from the vocal department of The Frederic Chopin University of Music in Warsaw.   Recently she is in constant colaboration with National Philharmonics in Warsaw (Marenka in B. Smetana's The bartered bride, dir. J. Stokalska) and Warsaw Chamber Opera ( MozartOFF, XXIV Mozart Festival in Warsaw and Youth Theatre). Her latest roles were Female Chorus in Britten's The rape of Lucretia ('13,'14 in Warsaw and in National Theatre in Miskolc, Hungary) and jaktrupblada/Ewa in Kepler/Wą by Andrzej Karałow/Marcin Piotr Łopacki.   She has been awarded the second prize at the III Krystyna Jamroz all-Poland Vocal Competition and the first distinction at the Franciszka Platowna all-Poland Vocal Competition in Wroclaw. She has regularly participated in courses devoted to the interpretation of oratorio and cantata music. She performed in concerts of the International Festival Wratislavia Cantans [2008 - soprano soloist in Bach's cantata Tilge hochster meine Sunden conducted by Jan Tomasz Adamus, 2009 - Haendel's Messiah conducted by Jaroslaw Thiel ]. She took part in masterclasses of prof. Ingrid Kremling, Teresa Żylis-Gara, Elisabeth Wilke, Michael Chance, Anita Garanca, Marek Rzepka. She performed in many stage performances of classical operatic repertoire, yet during her studies [ highlights from Mozart's Le nozze di Figaro as Susanna and Cherubino, Don Giovanni as Zerlina, Die Zauberflote as Knab I and Papagena, Haendel's Agrippina as Poppea] as well as contemporary music [ Weronika Ratusińska Misterium Różaniec - Mystery Rosary].   In June 2010 she made her professional stage debut, singing Second Woman in Purcell's Dido and Eneas ( dir. N. Kozłowska, cond. L. Stawarz). She is also in continuous cooperation with young directors – in 2010/2011 she sung Dziewczyna in cantata Widma by St. Moniuszko, in 2011 Eugenio in performance of oratorio I Pellegrini al Sepolcro di Nostro Signore by J. A. Hasse (dir. A. Groszyńska, K. Michalak, J. Kasprzak, T. Szczepanek, cond. A. Sapiecha), she was also Dorinda in The Tempest by H. Purcell (III 2012, cond. L. Stawarz/K. Garstka).   She also sung in drama performances: Ofelia (dir, K. Michalak, Wybrzeże Theatre in Gdańsk) and as Agave in Euripides drama The Bacchantes singing excerpts from Egon Wellesz's Die Bakchantinen .(Warsaw Chamber Opera, PWST in Krakow).
